The aim of this assessment is to identify and justify a wicked problem in a ‘real-world’ context that requires development of a different leadership approach in 2,000 words. You will apply (Praxis) leadership theory to practice to develop a leadership approach appropriate to remediate the problem.

Instructions:Critically reflect upon your current (or a known) context and identify a difficult ‘social or business issue’ that needs to be resolved within that context.
